Article 4 (Product Delivery Time)
Once your order is confirmed, production typically begins within 2-7 business days and your order will be shipped by one of our partner companies.
Delivery times vary depending on your region, inventory, and customs clearance status (estimated delivery time: 5-20 business days after shipment).
* International shipping may be available from Printful's fulfillment centers (EU/US, etc.).
Article 5 (Product Delivery Method)
Your order will be delivered to your specified address via Printful's logistics network.
You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
Article 6 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)
Since this is a made-to-order product, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for personal reasons.
However, we will accept returns only in the following cases:
1. If the product is defective or damaged.
2. If the wrong product was delivered.
3. If there is a significant printing defect during the manufacturing process.

Article 7 (Defective Products)
If a defective product is confirmed, Printful will remanufacture it or provide a refund.
Return shipping costs will be covered by either Printful or our store.
Article 8 (Sales Quantity Limits)
Since this is a made-to-order product, there is no limit on inventory, but Printful may temporarily suspend orders depending on its production situation.
Article 9 (Notes Regarding Representations and Products)
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Print position and color may differ slightly from the actual product.
Article 10 (International Shipping and Customs Duties)
Since Printful's manufacturing bases are overseas (primarily the EU and the US), customs duties and import consumption taxes may apply.
Customers are responsible for these costs.
Article 11 (Disclaimers)
- Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure, such as weather, customs clearance, or international transportation.
- If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or the customer's absence, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
- Neither our store nor Printful will be liable for any accidents during delivery beyond the scope of the carrier's compensation.
