These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms of use for the product sales services provided by our online store (including Shopify and Printful-integrated services) operated by our shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop").

You (hereinafter referred to as the "User") agree to these Terms before using our services.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all product sales and related services provided by our shop.

Separate individual terms and policies established by our shop also constitute part of these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Users must register the required information in the manner specified by our shop before purchasing products or using services.

Our shop may cancel your registration if any registration information is false, incorrect, or incomplete, or if fraudulent use is suspected.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts.

1. Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.

2. Actions related to criminal activity.

3. Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of our store, other users, or third parties.

4. Actions that involve unauthorized access to our servers or networks or disruption of our operations.

5. Actions that provide false information.

6. Actions that impersonate others.

7. Actions that involve the use of our services for fraudulent purposes (e.g., resale, fraud, resale purposes).

8. Actions that transmit or provide harmful programs such as computer viruses.

9. Actions that defame, harass, or spam that our store deems inappropriate.

10. Other actions that our store deems inappropriate.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Sales Contract)

1. A sales contract for our products is concluded when a user places an order and our store sends an order confirmation email.

2. Products purchased through Printful are made to order, and cancellations, changes, or returns are not accepted after an order is confirmed.

3. We may terminate the contract if we discover a payment default or fraudulent order.

Article 5 (Payment Methods)

Purchases are paid for through Shopify's payment system.

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or other methods designated by us.

Payment terms are governed by the terms of each payment service.

Article 6 (Shipping)

Production and shipping of products are handled by Printful.

We generally ship within 2-7 business days after an order is placed, but this may vary depending on the region and time of year.

Products may be shipped from overseas (primarily the EU or the US). Any customs duties and import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 7 (Transfer of Ownership)

Title and risk of purchase transfer to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Article 8 (Returns and Exchanges)

Since products are made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not permitted.

However, the following exceptions apply:

1. If the product is defective

2. If the product was shipped incorrectly by us or Printful

Article 9 (Usage Restrictions and Cancellation of Registration)

We reserve the right to restrict your use of the service or cancel your registration without prior notice if any of the following applies to you:

1. If you violate any provision of these Terms of Use

2. If the registration information is false

3. If you fail to pay any fees, etc.

4. If we discover that you are using the service for fraudulent purposes

5. If we otherwise deem your use of the service inappropriate

Article 10 (Cancellation of Membership)

You may cancel your membership using the procedures specified by us.

However, if you have any outstanding orders or payments, your cancellation will be effective after they are completed.

Article 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability)

1. We do not guarantee that the content and provision of the service are free from factual or legal defects (e.g., safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or validity).

2. We are not liable for any damages incurred by users due to Printful's production and delivery processes, communication environment, server problems, etc.

3. We are not liable for any damages incurred by users due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, riots, legal amendments, or communication disruptions.

4. We are not liable for any problems incurred by users' device environment, network settings, etc.

Article 12 (Changes and Suspension of Service Content)

We may change, suspend, or terminate the service content without prior notice to users.

We are not liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of such changes.

Article 13 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not assign, transfer, or pledge their status under the Terms of Use or their rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without our prior written consent.

Article 14 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will handle users' personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is posted on our website.

Article 15 (Changes to Terms of Use)

We may change these Terms as necessary.

Changes will take effect upon posting on our website.

In the case of significant changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute, the Japanese court with jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

Note

- Printful products are manufactured and shipped overseas, so delivery times and customs duties may vary.

- These Terms and Conditions have been created in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, the Consumer Contract Act, and the Personal Information Protection Act.

- Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions at the time of placing an order.
