Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") sets forth the manufacturing, shipping, and return conditions for products sold by our shop (hereinafter referred to as "our shop").
Our shop uses the on-demand print service "Printful" to manufacture and ship our products.
Article 1 (Manufacturing and Shipping)
1. All of our products are made to order (on-demand) by Printful.
2. After your order is confirmed, manufacturing typically begins within 2-7 business days.
3. Once manufacturing is complete, your product will be shipped via Printful's partner shipping company.
4. If there are any delays in manufacturing or shipping (due to peak periods, inventory issues, customs delays, etc.), we will notify you by email.
Article 2 (Delivery Period)
1. The typical time from shipment to delivery of your product is as follows:
- Domestic shipping within Japan: Approximately 5-15 business days
- Shipping from overseas manufacturing facilities (mainly the EU or US): Approximately 10-20 business days
2. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs, and international shipping conditions.
3. You can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.
Article 3 (Shipping Carriers)
Deliveries are made using Printful's partner shipping carriers (Japan Post, FedEx, DHL, UPS, Yamato Transport, etc.).
The shipping carrier will be automatically selected based on the product type, region, and inventory availability.
Article 4 (Shipping Fees)
1. Shipping fees are calculated automatically per product or based on the order total.
2. Shipping fees are clearly displayed on the Shopify cart screen before purchase.
3. For international shipping, customs duties, import consumption taxes, etc. may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 5 (Shipping Address)
1. The shipping address will be based on the address you specified when placing your order.
2. If your order is not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if you have moved, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
3. Currently, shipping to certain countries and regions may be restricted.
Article 6 (Loss and Damage)
1. Accidents, loss, or delays during shipping will be covered within the scope of the carrier's insurance coverage.
2. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
Article 7 (Returns and Exchanges)
1. Since all of our products are made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience are not permitted.
2. However, Printful's return policy will apply only in the following cases:
(1) If the product is seriously defective or damaged.
(2) If the wrong product is delivered.
(3) If an obvious printing error or defect is found during the manufacturing process.
3. If this is the case, please contact us at the address below within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. After Printful's review, we will resend or refund your order.
Article 8 (Cancellation)
Once your order is confirmed, production begins automatically, so cancellations are not accepted.
In special cases such as payment errors or duplicate payments, please contact us immediately.
Article 9 (Force Majeure)
We are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by natural disasters, war, terrorism, customs suspensions, transportation strikes, epidemics, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
Article 10 (Changes to Shipping Policy)
We reserve the right to change the contents of this policy as necessary.
Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website.
Notes
- Printful ships products from multiple locations, including the EU and the US.
- Delivery times, shipping fees, and customs duties vary depending on the shipping location.
- Because these products are made to order, we cannot check inventory or combine shipping.
- If a product is returned due to refusal to accept it or prolonged absence, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
